Audiocodes3.csv contains the log when it is successful (3 or less extensions)
Audiocodes4.csv contains the log when it is un-successful (4 or more extensions)
 
I set CWDEBUGLEVEL=5 - I didn't see TraceLevel=1...but it seems to have worked.

        just read through this thread... nathaniel, try setting the syslog 
level on the audiocodes to max, do a capture of a bad call, and send the file.  
also, what's the firmware on the audiocodes?

                Well, the Audiocodes still didn't send a PRACK to the 183, but 
in this
                trace the Audiocodes gave up on the call (CANCEL in frame 235).

                indicated that the caller hung up (Reason: Q.850 ;cause=16).

                PRACK is PRovisional ACK - it's a way of making the 1xx
