Hi Keith,
I had the same problem some time ago with a Patton 4638(Firmware 5.3)
and  Snom 360. I had to update the Snom 360 firmware to 7.3.23. At the
SIP settings of the identity I had to set the "Server Type Support"
field to "Nortel". Before I set this the re-invite behavior of the snom
was very strange...I figured out that it was a problem with the
telephone because MoH worked with our Polycom phones.
