Sorry...  I tend to lump it all together.  The remote phones are
registered to 5060 and using sipxbridge-1 as SBC for NAT traversal.  For
some reason the PBX thinks when trying to call the externally registered
phones back that it's trying to dial back out to an ITSP.

You cannot register remote users through sipxbridge.

( sipxbridge registers to an ITSP - it is the Registration client
never the registration server. )

Remote users are expected to register with the sipx registrar
directly. Their phones should be sending REGISTER requests to port
5060 (and not port 5080 )  in other words.
