They are not using sipXbridge for NAT traversal - that's not how it
works.

If you've somehow forced routing through it unintentionally, then that
is the problem.  The sipXbridge should not be involved at all in calls
between phones registered to the system - period.

Carefully describe your configuration, and post a trace showing a remote
phone registering and a call to that phone failing.
