Slightly off topic, but I think there are probably a few people in this group that can give me the benefit of their experience. We are looking for cordless headsets to use with our Polycom IP550 phones and a sipXecs IP PBX. Does anyone have a headset that they would recommend (or recommend avoiding?) I've been looking at the Plantronics CS70N, and it mentions the need for a handset lifter to allow the user to answer a call from the headset while not at his/her desk. Would something like this be needed with the IP500? Some of my requirements/wishlist, more or less in order from most to least important: - Clear audio - Good range of volume levels - Reasonably priced - Easy for a "non technical" person to use - Can be used with either ear - Range at least 15 meters, inside a concrete building with interior walls - Noise reduction would be nice, but not a dealbreaker.
