guessing you are running sipx 4.0.x. if so, it certainly sounds like
an audiocodes issue.

It's not what you want, but you can click the ini link in sipxconfig,
download it and load it manually from the web interface in the AC.

I normally use Patton, so I don't know besides submitting the file in
the AC and "brning" the config what else needs to be done in order to
make it functional.

This is probably not the type of solution you are looking for because
changes are not "automated'. Guessing you have a service contract with
your vendor and maybe they can help?
