Here's our ext. HQ = 200 - 299 RO = 300 - 399 Say user 210 want to directly dial the extension 311 how can I accomplish this? I was able to use a Phantom User to direct a PSTN call to a live operator and was successful. Just don't know how to start with this scenario. Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.
