"Cisco follows IETF standards for SIP"
That right there is funny! Hahahaha Good one Nathan! I'm not convinced it's Cisco's issue, the phone itself is far superior to any Polycom I've ever used. The one thing I did notice the last time I looked at a trace was some attempt at TLS negotiation for the call (if that even makes sense). Nathan Nieblas SACA Technologies, Inc. 1260 N. Polycom still unavailbe to dial any cisco phones. Any chance for you share what you did with 7970G and 8.3.5 firmware to make polycom communicate with Cisco? Thanks in advance. It worked with the 8.3.5 code. We're moving to Cisco CallManager soon, there are just too many operability issues with this PBX to deal with. Nathan Nieblas SACA Technologies, Inc. 1260 N.
