The images I make aren't coming out well.

This seems to be the same device though, KS23822-L26.
They have plantronic headsets connected to them but those don't seem to have 
any part numbers.
The modular connector is the same size as the handset connector on the polycom 
phones.

The phones are avaya 6408D+, 6424D+, etc.

I asked the list because when I search the model number and polycom, I get the 
sense these could work together.
