OK, good to know. Voicemail is not a critical application, basic SIP
routing/registration and SIP trunking is. I'll disable the voicemail
feature. 

Still, changing DNS SRV records to only publish host2 and host3 (Redudant
SIP Routers) and stopping the host1 Primary SIP Router should work? Or
does the Primary SIP Router have any "master" functions that I'm not aware
of?
