There are times when you don't have full access to remote capabilities for these servers. Having access to port 8443 is one thing, but full access to their network and the server is sometimes something else. Without it, you have to go on site to do any of this. If there was a simple option of issuing these commands from the sipxconfig screens, that would be a big plus in my opinion.
A simple button to execute the command, and a button to ftp it to another location would be awesome, and save some trips onsite. Almost like a putty integration to a screen. -----Original Message----- From: sipx-users-boun...@list.sipfoundry.org [mailto:sipx-users-boun...@list.sipfoundry.org] On Behalf Of Douglas Hubler Sent: Friday, July 02, 2010 5:39 PM To: Tony Graziano Cc: Sipx-users list Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Diagnostics Tools in sipxecs 4.2 :: What could realistically be added after 4.2? What's nice about this, is you drill into calls, traffic from certain servers, etc all on one webpage w/o having to download 30 separate files. i offer to mentor someone thru this > B.
