Add new "Custom" plan from the dropdown On the template, give it a name, click on enable, then set the dial rule. IF you have 3 digit extensions as an example, that start with 7, then build a rule under Dialed Number of Prefix "7", and "2 digits" Drop to Resulting Call and enter a number to call when they dial a 3 digit extension.
