Understood, but if a user changes his PIN in the middle of the night, they'll have to wait until I notice that the restart needs to happen. That sucks.

There is a new warning displayed in 4.4 after making such change (Something like One more more services need to be reloaded will be displayed on the page) - you have to select the service and hit reload button Regards, George
