Paul,

I have seen similar report off-list about this issue with a Polycom and an AS5400. Would it be possible for you to send packet captures (wireshark) of both working and none working calls? I would be grateful.

In case this helps someone else out there, I upgraded the firmware to 3.2.5 and this has fixed the issue.

Thanks for all of your helpful responses, much appreciated.

Yes, what he said. I think these are all versions that have been shown to work, and there are certainly several versions that have been shown to not work. 3.2.1 is one that has been shown to not work I believe.

3.1.3RevC or 3.2.4 or 3.2.5.

Is there a firmware version recommended for sipx? Or is that your point with 3.2.4b?

I would change that firmware first thing. I believe 3.2.4b if you are going to be on 3.2. something.

Sorry that would be 3.2.1

I will double check tomorrow but I am 99% sure the firmware version is 2.3.1
