No email is set up in sipXecs for that extension, and the voicemail is not IMAP enabled.
However, I did just enable email on that box so I should get the emails sent when the messages come in. That way the email address will have a copy even if the user deletes it. The patient was very confused on why she was getting a call back, as she left the voicemail 9 days ago and after she didn't get a call back she managed to get ahold of someone else. The voicemail message envelope said the date/time was today, about 20 minutes ago. I can understand if the MWI light doesn't light up on occasion, but the message would still be there when they go to check for other messages. But is there anything that could delay a message from being delivered like this?
