(further, from polycom: *PLEASE NOTE:* *Combined* download should be used where phones may be running pre-4.0 BootROM. *Split* download file is recommended, but requires that all phones are running BootROM 4.0 or newer.
So your phone should beinspected on reboot and the bootrom version viewed along with the model number you should be able to determine why it is not booting up and have it load the correct bootrom/firmware.
