I suspect that somewhere in the system you have this as an alias on something. Perhaps and Auto Attendant, Hunt Group, Call Park, ACD Queue, etc... Keep getting The user ID or alias "5160" duplicates an existing alias for a user or service I did a search for users, checked the two attendants I have and also did the global search (top-right) after rebuilding the index.
