Could be an entry on a DID area, Alias area or extension. Try to do a User 
Export from the systems tab and select the download link and look for an alias, 
extension or Im Id setting in the report.

I only have two attendants. Checked there. Other services are not being used.
 
 Someone might have added as a speed dial already, would that conflict.

Perhaps and Auto Attendant, Hunt Group, Call Park, ACD Queue, etc...

All,
 We are trying to create user with 5160. Keep getting The user ID or alias 
"5160" duplicates an existing alias for a user or service
 
I did a search for users, checked the two attendants I have and also did the 
global search (top-right) after rebuilding the index. No results. Anyone know 
where else to look?
