Hello, maybe the problem is that SipXecs is installed in a module inside the AudioCodes M 1000 and I need to define 2 Gateways, one for the AudioCodes and other one for the SipXecs. When I launch SipXecs service, I can't ping the AudioCodes IP Address (x.x.x.10).
