Are you using their SBC? If so, noone has really had much luck with them (Edgewater/Edgemarc). Describe what SBC you are using.
(hint: if you are using something else as an SBC, the trunk is NOT a trunk to sipx, it should be an unmanaged gateway. If you are using sipx for the trunking role, a foreign SBC probably should not be used). If their tech support sets up their edge device, they need to set the trunk up THERE and sipx sends it calls via an unmanaged gateway.
