Sent too quickly... after trying the command you sent me, then I went to gui to 
log in and logged in with no password.
All users and settings minus domain name from the previous server appear to be 
restored onto new 4.6.0 server.
Everything appears to be as it should be.

Maybe you hit a bug or something, mind to explain exactly the issues you're 
seeing? We're running 4.6 restored from 4.4 in our office for almost 2 months 
now
