SipXTapiDotNet is tested against Asterisk first, so I am surprised.  Are you using the latest version from svn and building the sipxtapi.dll?  The package is still very young and we haven't done an official release.

Please do a packet trace of the registration process and send it to me and I will take a look.

Check if right realm is set. This is the cause of most
authentification problems.
