John, which version of systemimager are you using? which is the version of the kernel in your image (I mean the version of /var/lib/systemimager/images/rh2/etc/systemimager/boot/kernel)? How much RAM do you have in your client? The message "attempt to access beyond end of device" explains that the initrd was partially loaded in RAM...
