A while back I had set Skim to be the default PDF viewer via the Finder. Now I want to switch back to setting Preview as the default for a lot of graphics work I am doing, but I am unable to revert back. I go to the Finder with a PDF selected (shows Skim icon), go to "Open with..." choose Preview, and check always open with, but next time Skim opens a PDF again.
