No, there's no such option, and I don't want to add it either. However there are several ways to achieve it. For instance, you can select (in select tool mode) the content of one or a few representative pages using Tools > Select Content (if something is already selected this will only extent the selection). Then choose Tools > Crop. You can also use AppleScript to crop in any custom way. But that requires some knowledge of AppleScript.
