OK, 3, but the last one does not count - and it is very very very
quick-and-dirty (and probably fail in quite a few cases, and admittedly
it is very much more low-tech than what cmd-K does, though for
running just after opening an arXiv pdf it works as intended) :
tell document 1 of application Skim
set bounds of pages to content bounds of page 2
end tell
