The "Bookmarks -> Add Setup Bookmark" item exhibits some behaviour
that seems buggy, but might be a backend limitation or by design.
1) The menu item is not visible unless command-option-shift is pressed.
Perhaps this is by design to save menu space. Typing "setup" into
the help shows the location.
2) Setup bookmarks do not work for full-screen mode: a backend limitation?
3) Several topics mentioned that this is discussed in the wiki, but the
only entry shows the control sequence says nothing about what it does,
though it is somewhat intuitive. It is also not mentioned in the help and
a search for "setup bookmark" in the archives, and documentation turns
up nothing beyond this.
Because of these, I thought it was a broken feature at first when I tried it
in full screen mode.
If these are bugs, please let me know and I will file a ticket, otherwise
this message serves as an archive that this feature only works
for regular documents.
