I'm noticing a scrolling problem on macOS Sierra 10.12.6. This happened on Skim 1.4.29 and continues to happen on Skim 1.4.30. When I set 'Zoom to fit' I can scroll forward page by page through the document but I can't always scroll backwards. A similar thing happens using the arrow keys. Tom Thomas D.
