Others have noted that, but I have never been able to reproduce it myself.
There is nothing we can do about this, as the scrolling is implemented in
Apple's system code, as well as the relevant Implementatieonderdelen of
zoom to fit. Only Apple can fix their system code. Hopefully they did so in
10.13, so updating your OS may help.
