I compared my setup on another computer and realized that under PDF/Automatically Resize I didn't have a check mark. I clicked that and then 'Use Current View Settings as Default' and now the problem seems to be solved! With a fresh copy of Skim 1.4.30 I can scroll both ways with no problems. Maybe that setting got lost somehow? Tom Thomas D.
