Hi Chris and others!

I am totally blind and I have installed it and use it myself. I have found no
accessability issues.

The US cost was $69 from Actiontech.

You can download the accessible manual for it at www.internetphonewizard.com in
the downloads area to learn how it works freely.

If you want further encouragement, give me a ring on Skype and perhaps I can
help.

Cheers,
Dave

Skype name is wd8ldy

This is a really good solution and I have! actually considered it, but is it
that accessible? And, who makes this thing, and, most importantly, how much
  is in in the states.

  Chris.
