Anyway, Skype does sometimes put up a blurb in a screen area before you actually use it. If you can find a Close button with the JAWS cursor, click it that way. If not, see if you can cause something to display there. If there's still a problem after that, I'll try to ask Skype when I get a chance, though I might not get a chance to do that before they go home for the weekend.
