Hi it is in tools not jaws verbosity. If you have made changes and you are unsure how to fix them simply reinstall the scripts after removing them. this should set everything back to defaults as far as jaws is concerned. Like I said the extended keyboard support is found in the skype main windows under tools accessibility hth.
