I've been wondering the same about skype 4.1. I did the groups tutorial.
That was easy but the conferencing one is going to be a challenge and
a half.

Hi all!
Since there doesn't appear to be instructions in the scripts user
manual for this, I had a go with the Skype help knowledge base. I
thought I could perhaps translate it's sighted mumbo jumbo into more
blind friendly language, but you can only do that if you can match up
the findings. Well I can't.
I had no problem finding the new button on the contacts tab, but that
just opens a context menu containing contact and group conversation.
It doesn't contain conference. Guess I need to make the group
conversation first, then there will be a call button in it. Is there a
simpler way or have I got this organised the only way it can now be
done?
