Not surpizedas I said her best option is to update at this point. You have not really explained why she cannot do this. As she is a new skype user she doesn't have a learning curve for the new interface so it seems to me that she doesn't have anything to unlearn relearn so it would seem to me that she would be better off just using 4. Also at some point as I said already updating is going to be inevitable. Hth
