Skype 5.5 is only in beta at the moment. The main part of 5.5 will be if you
got facebook you can chat on facebook chat via Skype. You can test it
yourself but personally I would wait until 2 things... 1. until the full
version is out and 2. when Doug does the final scripts for it.

i am hearing so much about version 5.5 of skype.
i cannot update it as my latest version on here is 5.3 0120.
can someone tell me what the differencies are?
what does version 5.5 have that 5.3 does not?
and how compatable is it with jaws and the other things that 5.3 can do?
