I usually do not make it a habit of replying to my own messages. However I did just have an occasion to take a look at this using window eyes. The workaround for this problem currently is the same one for window eyes that is in use for JAWS you simply route the mouse cursor to the focus and move down a line you can then determine whether or not the contact is a Facebook contact so now I have provided workarounds for all three of the screen readers I have on this system. If someone should need a workaround for another screen reader I am sorry I am unable to provide it because I have tested for the three that I currently possess. Hope this helps. At least it is not shown here. You can check the context menu, and you will find that the options when you're dealing with a Facebook contact are not as numerous as those for a Skype contact. That being said, simply reading the line below the contact wih the jaws or invizable cursor is much more efficient than that of going through the entire context menu. Better yet, if the script for JAWS say next line, And say previous line could get this information and automatically reported when you are going through the Skype contact list. This would be even more efficient.
