[sldev] temporary textures controled by script? was: Re: Concept of "loaded avatar" was changed?

In the discussion about baked textures the topic of HTTP textures
facilitating temp textures came up, which made me think, is there the
possibility of temporary script generated textures becoming avaiable?
(perhaps somthing similar to what is proposed on
