I've not heard of this "problem" before now so I couldn't have directed you anyway. I also don't make jewelry very often. As for content being "broken", it's not broken if the customers say it's not. If something is selling, that usually means people like it the way it is. LL has a bad habit of "fixing" things that aren't a problem for most users, and breaking content just because LL says there's a problem.
