Does anybody have any -1's to changing the current live CVS repository for jakarta-slide for the 17 files with painful characters in their filenames?
All of the files are in Attic directories; ie) have been deleted from the CVS HEAD and are within the directory tree underneath: jakarta-slide/testsuite/testsuite/junit/xmltestcases/contentDirectory/I18N/schema_en/ This seems the simplest way to take care of this, without having Noel have to dig through all of this. While I'm at it, I would also remove the bad file in CVS and edit the three files who think a tag is a branch. So any -1's to either of those? I'll give it a couple of days and aim to do it Saturday night/Sunday if no-one is concerned. If anyone has any good ideas on how to handle the renaming, I'm all ears :) Otherwise I'll just drop the accents etc and go with the ascii characters. 17 files are listed below.
