Zu Deinem Problem: ich nehme einfach mal an, Dein Nutzer hat da keine Schreibrechte? Hast Du's mal mit Sudo probiert. Außerdem (sorry, kann's gerade nicht nachprüfen) klingt mir der Folder falsch, ist das nicht der für die System-Plugins?
