As I said yesterday, Optus WILL provide you with a copy of the acceptable use conditions - and the opportunity to decide NOT to continue with your application - once they've got your application. Which means the conditions CAN be enforced - because you have the option to not get the stuff installed if you disagree with the conditions. If you don't read 'em, it's your problem.
