I think I may have found the section..
about 2/3rds of the way through yer conf file is a section on "AddHandler"
They talk about passing options to a CGI script.. mine are all commented
out and I have no problems with that blah.html/JUNK/MOREJUNK problem that
you are having. So you might want to check your httpd.conf file and see if
yours is commented out as well.. particularly the cgi-script one.
