You need to setup "Policy routing", where the routing is carried
out based on more than just the destination address - in your case
you need it to be based on the source address (which will be either the
address of either eth0 or the address of eth1).
http://www.compendium.com.ar/policy-routing.txt has some info, but it's
a bit sketchy - there may be better stuff elsewhere. Plus of course
you need to turn this on in your kernel (2.1.something or higher required)
