This has real teeth. Compliance procedure, banning individuals
or companies from holding more than 3% stock in both companies,
etc.

A few points I liked:

"In the case of such Intellectual Property that is related to the
Internet browser, the license shall not grant the Operating System
Business any right to develop, license, or distribute modified or
derivative versions of the Internet browser."

... they _really_ don't want the browser bundled with the OS ...

"Microsoft shall, with the supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer,
maintain for a period of at least four years the e-mail of all
Microsoft officers, directors and managers engaged in software development,
marketing, sales and developer relations related to Platform Software."

... ouch! ...

... and the thing that amused me the most, at the top of the page:

"This document is available in three formats: this web page (for
browsing content), PDF (comparable to original document formatting),
 and WordPerfect 5.1. "

... not a Microsoft product in sight!
