Caveat: I am NOT a supporter of MicroSloth's business ethics, BUT;
1. Most of the provisions of this are unenforcable in the real world.
2. It stifles any future technical creativity, not only for MS but for
other companies as well.
Personally, I don't think they'll ever do it - it would be a simple matter
of Bill still owning both divisions, through a string of off-shore entities
- OR moving the whole bloody company out of US jurisdiction.
Interesting times ahead..
