probably because logitech's wheels suck - they jump up and down when
you star and stop rolling- its a springback/sensor issue in their
design so the reverse sensor gets triggered when you stop scrolling and
it springs back - the MS wheel has none of these issues and is the
handiest thing.. just sitn and scroll netscape from your mouse... :)
