What is it your client needs to do is probably a more key question.
Probably one of the more useful things to do is to point out the Netcraft
data <URL: http://www.netcraft.co.uk/survey/> which lists Apache as
having 61.5% of all web servers. There is a survery which also attempts
to indentify the various OS <URL: www.leb.net/hzo/ioscount/>.

Why should you have to do the work? Ask the counter question in what
areas this "friend" believes NT is more secure.
It shounds like your client has already made up their mind and are merely
looking for justification to not use Linux.
