IMHO, there aren't.. I've seen examples of bind configs for setups like
this, but not as many as 100000 hosts ;)

If there are no technical limitations, no performance limitations and
your name server doesn't impose any limits, you might find yourself with
a giant network to maintain -- and that'll be where it hurts ;)
I run under the (misguided?) opinion that domain names reasonably
closely follow your subnetting, and you're not going to fit 100000 hosts
on one line of BNC ;) (yeah yeah, you could break up the network with
switches, but then why not subnet anyway?)
