I'm an old sendmail hack from way back, took one look at exim and haven't been back. I've recently played with Postfix for a client, and I have to say I don't think much of it's design. Far too rigid. Exim is incredibly flexible (like sendmail) but has a config syntax which is *very* easy to work with. The manual's a little odd at first, but very complete (Postfix documentation? What's that? Oh, you mean you can't work out exactly what's going on from the odd comment in a config file? Shame on you). Exim is very, very good. That's all there is to it. -- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- #include <disclaimer.h> Matthew Palmer, Geek In Residence http://ieee.uow.edu.au/~mjp16 -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
