If Paul isn't interested, I could probably whip something up.  I'm an old
sendmail hack from way back, took one look at exim and haven't been back. 
I've recently played with Postfix for a client, and I have to say I don't
think much of it's design.  Far too rigid.  Exim is incredibly flexible
(like sendmail) but has a config syntax which is *very* easy to work with. 
The manual's a little odd at first, but very complete (Postfix
documentation?  What's that?  Oh, you mean you can't work out exactly what's
going on from the odd comment in a config file?  Shame on you).

Exim is very, very good.  That's all there is to it.
